Preparation before 1. construction

Before the start of each shift, the forklift driver shall make preparations according to the relevant requirements of the forklift safety regulations, take up his post with certificates, and start the operation only after confirming the safety.

2. Safety Precautions

1. Before construction, each user shall issue a forklift dispatching list to the mechanical and electrical department and designate the person in charge of construction. All construction personnel shall study this method and sign after passing the examination.

2. The machinery factory shall arrange forklift drivers to carry out forklift operations according to the requirements of the dispatch order.

3. It is strictly forbidden for locomotive overhead lines to pass through the square.

4. When the forklift is running, no one is allowed to get on or off the forklift and no one is allowed to stand on the fork leg.

5. When carrying the forklift, do not lift the forklift too high. When entering or leaving the operation site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles in the air.

6. On a flat road, the rated lifting capacity of the forklift is 3 tons. When working under bad road conditions, the lifting capacity should be appropriately reduced to no more than 1.5 tons, and the driving speed should be reduced. Overload operation is strictly prohibited.

7. When forks, the distance between the forks should be adjusted according to the size of the goods, and the weight of the goods should be shared equally by the two forks to avoid partial loading of the goods when starting. After the fork is inserted, the fork wall should be in contact with one side of the cargo, and then the gantry is tilted back to lift the fork and drive it about 300~400mm off the ground.

8. When forking small batch or zero batch materials, they should be placed in the tray, bin or rack to prevent falling (scattering).

10. When the fork is long, such as shed beam, shed leg, ∏ beam, steel pipe, log, steel rail, channel steel, etc., the fork opening should be opened to a large extent. The center of the fork opening should be aligned with the center of the material opening as much as possible, and then a trial lifting should be carried out to ensure that the rear door frame is tilted backward and driven slowly. Other staff to stand at a safe distance, avoid the direction of falling goods. If necessary, you can use a rope, wire or fork tied firmly.

11. Forklifts (including special vehicles), flatbed (flower basket) cars, belts, lifting platforms, cables, equipment and their large components can be fork-mounted as a whole and executed. When using manpower to assist in construction, construction personnel should pay attention to the safety of hands and feet.

12. If the forklift is to be transported on the railway, the transportation of various vehicles and equipment can only be carried out on the track south of the transportation maintenance team, and construction is not allowed elsewhere.

13. When handling forklifts, take off and land smoothly. High-speed driving and sharp turns are strictly prohibited. When lifting goods, there shall be no people under the lifting frame.

14. When the fork approaches or withdraws the cargo, the speed should be slow and steady. Be careful not to roll goods and skid wood (pallets) with wheels, and forks must not support people.

15. In the mining area and construction site, the speed shall not exceed 10km per hour, and the speed of each yard, workshop, warehouse and construction site shall not exceed 3km. Pay attention to observe when the forklift is driving to prevent scratches.

16. No person shall stand on the forklift to hold an object or maintain balance when lifting, hoisting or traveling. When the fork of the forklift is lifted, no one is allowed at both ends of the cargo and in front of the fork movement.

17. It is forbidden to use forks and accessories, single-fork operation, and brake inertia to lift people at high altitude to make objects slip or roll.
